The decision to merge two projects into one comprehensive initiative was driven by the need to deliver a robust Learning Management System (LMS) platform that integrates multiple existing LMS systems. This unified approach aims to streamline operations, reduce redundancy, and enhance user experience by providing a single, cohesive platform. The new LMS platform will not only consolidate the functionalities of the existing systems but also introduce advanced features to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness. By leveraging the strengths of both projects, the merged initiative is poised to deliver a more powerful and versatile LMS solution that meets the diverse needs of the organisation. A critical component of this merged project is the implementation of technical controls to improve compliance with mandatory training requirements.
