The Department for Education (DfE) has published this Invitation to Tender (ITT) for the Educational and Children's Social Care (ECSC) Framework. This notice is to announce the launch of the Educational and Children's Social Care Professionals (ECSC) Framework Style Agreement. This framework will serve as a core procurement route for individual specialists, advisers and subject matter experts for the Department for Education. The new framework is intended to provide a more rapid and flexible route to market, as well as a less burdensome process for suppliers. The new ECSC framework is split into a series of Lots reflecting the specialisms and skillsets the Department is seeking to procure in. To apply for any lot, all suppliers must first complete the overarching framework mandatory requirements contained in ITT_2994.
