Description

Innovate UK Business Connect is part of Innovate UK, the UK's innovation agency. We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified exhibition design company to design, manufacture, install and derig an exhibition stand for the Cenex Expo, Millbrook, Bedford, 4-5 September 24. We expect to work closely with the chosen company to develop and realise the stand in a creative, eco-conscious and impactful way that is relevant and accessible to our audiences. We have two indoor stand areas and one outdoor space which will feature representatives from multiple programmes within Innovate UK. We are currently working to this brief: Brand - Innovate UK logo to be used for graphics Exhibition spaces Innovate UK - Partner Space - 72sqm space only. Requirements: * Stand open on 4 sides - to create an inviting space which is easily accessible and provide open visibility and graphic opportunities for partners * up to 12 stations with a screen for digital content including small storage area/power supply for charging devices * designated space for both free standing and desk top demonstrations * designated small space for networking * consideration must be given to ac…
