Description
Cardiff and Vale University Health Board intends to award a contract to Thirty Six Degrees for the provision of an independent review of healthcare services at HMP Cardiff. The review will assess current clinical practice, workforce arrangements, governance structures, multidisciplinary working, service delivery and wider system relationships. The review will identify any improvement opportunities, whilst providing recommendations to support the development of a sustainable future service model. The Health Board has identified a requirement for specialist expertise spanning forensic mental health services, healthcare delivery within secure and custodial environments, clinical governance, service improvement, medical leadership, nursing leadership and operational service review. Thirty Six Degrees has demonstrated extensive experience in NHS leadership, clinical services and service improvement, particularly within mental health, forensic and complex care settings.
