In the coming months Winchester City Council expects to issue a tender for the design, supply and installation of an inclusive Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) at St Matthews Field, Winchester SO22 5HY. The purpose of this Early Engagement Notice is to inform potential providers of the Council's requirements, gather market feedback on the proposed scope and approach, and to assist in the development of the specification. The expectation is that a virtual meeting will be hosted by the Council at 1000hrs on Wednesday 25 November 2026. If this opportunity is of interest, please complete the attached form and return by 1700hrs 23 November 2026.
