**PLEASE NOTE - THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC TENDER COMPETITION - PRE-MARKET ENGAGEMENT EXERCISE ONLY** The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) and CPD are conducting Pre-Market Engagement exercise with a view to preparing the procurement and to inform economic operators of the opportunity of the future procurement requirements. DFI is currently preparing to initiate a procurement process to establish a contract with a Supplier to provide provision of a Traffic Data Management System to include implementation, support and future developments. Prior to initiating the procurement DFI wishes to establish the level of market interest in participating in the procurement process. Please see the Pre-Market Engagement exercise document (inc. questionnaire) for all relevant details. The purpose of the document, is to seek advice/ information from organisations who may wish to tender via the procurement process.
