Description
High Speed Two (HS2) Limited (‘HS2 Ltd’) is responsible for developing and promoting the new high speed railway known as High Speed Two (‘HS2’). This Periodic Indicative Notice ('PIN') relates to the forthcoming procurement for the HS2 Route-wide Framework which will cover all of the HS2 route. This PIN is to alert suppliers that HS2 Ltd intends to commence pre-procurement market engagement, to support the proposed procurement in 2024.
