HS2 Ltd intends to procure a contract for the provision of zero carbon energy to its entire route commencing at trial operations and dynamic testing stages through to [and during] full operations. This Periodic Indicative Notice ('PIN') is to inform suppliers that HS2 Ltd wishes to commence market engagement and seek responses to the questionnaire referred to in this PIN below.
