Description
Rooftop Housing Group (Rooftop) is a leading social housing association managing approximately 7,000 homes across South Worcestershire and North Gloucestershire, providing affordable housing and specialist support services to a diverse range of residents, including key workers, veterans, and the Gypsy and Traveller community. Scope of Engagement Rooftop is seeking to procure a new Housing and Asset Management system (a single system offering both areas of functionality), with the new contract commencing in early 2028. Prior to commencing any procurement process, Rooftop is undertaking this market engagement exercise to explore and better understand the market. It does not constitute a call for competition, commence a procurement process, or create any commitment by Rooftop to undertake a procurement exercise.
