Horley Town Council will be replacing the existing old railings around the perimeter of the Horley Recreation Park, Brighton Road, Horley RH6 8SS. Please note that the fencing around the playground is not part of this project which is advertised separately on Contracts Finder as a Competitive Quotation (below threshold). Estimates are sought for the removal of the old railings and the supply and installation of new railings. Please refer attached map. Specification The basic requirements are: 240m approx. of 1.5m high bow top railings and 3.1m wide matching double leaf gate + slide latch Interested contractors may wish to vary the type and style of materials etc to be applied. The council has set an indicative budget of 35k ex vat. Contractors interested in tendering for this project will need to make a site visit to fully assess the requirements and make precise measurements etc. Quotation Requirements We are looking for experienced contractors to tender for the contract at a competitive price with a maximum of £40,000 excluding VAT for supply, delivery and installation of all works.
