Description

Homes England is seeking to appoint a Development Partner to support the delivery of Wychavon Town, a major new settlement located adjacent to Worcestershire Parkway Station in Worcestershire. The wider development proposals include residential neighbourhoods, a town centre, employment uses, education and healthcare facilities, strategic transport infrastructure, green and blue infrastructure and extensive active travel connections. Outline planning applications have been submitted for the Town Centre and Southern Neighbourhood, which together form a key part of the emerging new settlement. Homes England owns land within the proposed Town Centre and Southern Neighbourhood, including land capable of delivering approximately 550 homes within the town centre and up to approximately 2,100 homes across the wider neighbourhood area. Homes England is also exploring opportunities to acquire additional land interests to support the comprehensive development of the wider settlement.
