Description
In December 2023, the Authority issued a Contract Notice to be published in the Find a Tender Service ("FTS Contract Notice") advising its intention to procure two contracts for a Highways Term Maintenance and Capital Works contract (Lot 1) and a Street Lighting Contract (Lot 2) ("the Contract") The Authority conducted this procurement through the competitive procedure with negotiation as provided for by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) ('PCR') The London Borough of Havering is awarding two contracts for the delivery of a programme of term maintenance, capital works projects on the Highways (Lot 1) and Street Lighting works (Lot 2) across its network of highways and infrastructure in Havering. The works and services to be provided under the Contract are comprehensive and cover all the routine, reactive and planned works that need to be delivered by the Authority. Works will be carried out within the boundaries of the London Borough of Havering.
