Description
Hampshire County Council (the "Council") is looking to commission high quality High Intensity Supported Accommodation with Floating Support, for young people aged 16-21, for whom the Council has a duty to offer accommodation. This will be under a block contract agreement. All providers will require Ofsted Registration. The contract is for an initial period of 3 years, with 2 further extensions of 1 year each, to a maximum of 5 years in total. The contract will start on 01 July 2025. These High Intensity placements are for those young people who require short-term intensive support (from 5 to 20 hours per week) or floating support before transitioning to independent living or lower levels of supported accommodation, such as supported or low lodging. High Intensity Supported Accommodation provides accommodation with support for 16 and 17 year-old Looked After Children and Care Leavers (18-21 years old), to enable them to live independently. Additionally, this service provides Supported Accommodation for Separated Children.
