Description
The Authority is seeking to appoint an extensively experienced specialist conservation and heritage contractor to assist in the design, and to potentially deliver, the next phases of work associated with the repair of the Toneworks site. The Services and Works are primarily focused on roofing and structural repairs: Package 1 - Structural Repairs in Areas T and R Package 2 - Roofing Repairs in Areas Q, R and S Package 3 - Roofing Repairs in Areas X and W and minor works in V Package 4 - Repairs in Areas F, G, H and J Package 5 - Bringing services into the Site All works are subject to the receipt of sufficient funding. The detail of the current funding position is set out in the Procurement Documents. Due to the complexities of the site the full scope and methodology of the required Works have not been fully formed and will be finalised collaboratively by the project team and the Contractor during the period of the Pre-construction Services Agreement (PCSA).
