Description

Hammersmith & Fulham (H&F) Council are commissioning a provider to deliver a Public Health Navigation Service in Hammersmith and Fulham from Summer 2025. This will be a new service for the borough, and therefore there are no workforce considerations. The service will fall within the Provider Selection Regime under the Health Services (PSR’s) Regulations 2023, and we are seeking market engagement to help identify all suitable providers and to assist with development of the service specification.
