Description
The successful bidder will be expected to: • Develop the service as a recognised source of up-to-date information about wider borough wellbeing and recovery resources for service users, carers, clinical professionals and other colleagues. • Deliver a phone line and face-to-face offer to all Tower Hamlets residents who have concerns or queries related to their wellbeing, signposting residents to the most appropriate support. • Deliver a tiered model of support from brief, medium to enhanced level working to identified wellbeing and recovery goals based on a person’s aspirations and needs. • Deliver co-produced programme of activities and groups, that includes a specific Art and non-verbal component. • Have provision for a Peer Support Co-ordination Function. • Have provision of drop-in session/s with an overarching aim to increase support networks and community connections. • Develop pathways and partnerships across the four localities that support a holistic, integrated, coordinated, neighbourhood approach to supporting people with lived experience of mental health in the community. • Provide Specialist welfare benefit and housing advice. • Have dedicated provision for a joint work…
