Description
Tenders are invited for the Gymnasium Refurbishment Works at the University of Keele. This will cover the refurbishment of the existing gymnasium at the Sports Centre on the University campus. The works and services required are fully described in Section 2 of the ITT. Section 2 of the ITT details the Introduction Document and also provides a copy of the Document Register of the Tender Specification Documents. The Tender Specification Documents are attached as separate documents. All Tenderers will be required to submit a compliant tender response in accordance with the tender requirements as set out in the Tender Specification Documents. All tender responses will be subject to the Tender Evaluation Methodology as set out in the Invitation to Tender. Tenderers can consider and/or submit at their own discretion a response pertaining to any element of their proposal where value engineering can be achieved.
