Description
Hook Parish Council requires a locally based organisation (based MAX within 45 minutes) with extensive knowledge of Hook Hampshire (RG27 9) to manage the Parish council's owned land in accordance with a ground's maintenance and pitch maintenance schedule for a 4 year period. The organisation must provide evidence of having prior experience of undertaking such works like grass cutting to a football league standard, hedge cutting and border maintenance on the side of the highway. They will also be required to carry out works on an ad hoc basis. The public spaces owned and maintained by the Parish Council are very popular with the public and therefore Hook Parish Council expects any applicants to have a demonstrable experience of providing a high level of customer service and passion to their work as well as a reliable and prompt on call service 7 days a week for any reported faults that may need urgent attention.
