Fife Council Council’s Roads and Transportation Services, require contractors to form part of a framework to carry out ground investigation works within Fife Geographical area. The Specification referred to in the Tender shall be the ‘Specification for Ground Investigation’ published by The Stationery Office as Volume 5 Section 3 of the Manual of Contract Documents for Highway Works
