Description
Greater Manchester Combined Authority is developing its approach to identifying and appraising innovation-aligned projects that could be supported through the Good Growth Fund. GMCA is seeking specialist consultancy support to help shape a clear assessment process, test the strength of project proposals, and provide independent scrutiny ahead of formal decision-making on projects that should proceed.
