Description
The Greater London Authority (GLA) is undertaking preliminary market engagement in advance of a potential procurement for support and management services associated with the RE:FIT 5 Framework (2026-2030), specifically for delivery outside London. RE:FIT is a long-established public sector decarbonisation framework. Since 2016, it has supported the delivery of: - £576m of investment in decarbonisation/energy efficient projects. - £35m annual savings to public sector organisations and - 654,700 tonnes of carbon reduction per year RE:FIT 5 represents the next phase in scaling delivery nationally and accelerating decarbonisation across public sector estates with an estimated value of £1 billion.
