NOTE: This notice was updated on 09 December 2024 for the following reason: https://www.delta-esourcing.com/respond/4GTVB959WR(The proposed project is the procurement of a contractor to undertake specialist fit out works to facilitate the occupation of a new ground floor GP practice located at Kelso Cochrane House Kensal Road, London, W10 5BJ which is part of the Council's New Homes Delivery Programme.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
