Description
To appoint a suitably experienced supplier to write an evaluation report on the social return on investment of the Healthy Neighbours Programme. The Healthy Neighbours Programme is a Lottery funded project with the aim of empowering local community organisations to promote health services at a grant roots level. The overall aim of Healthy Neighbours is to support communities, where health levels are extremely low in comparison to national indicators, to improve health and wellbeing outcomes through connecting residents to services and responding to gaps in provision: By consulting with their community, volunteer champions help organisations to understand their communities better and can connect at a peer level with local residents to support wellbeing.
