No construction or off-site manufactured works will be subcontracted. Under the JCT D&B Contract WBS will sub-contract Design related works to its preapproved Design Team • Architectural - Bailey Partnership • Building Services - Bailey Partnership • Civil & Structural - Alan Wood & Partners • Fire Engineering Consultancy - BB7 • Sustainability / BREEAM - MELIN Energy • Airtightness / Acoustic Design - Atspace
