Description

NLB are looking to replace the current web-based, hosted core finance and procurement business systems with a single integrated cloud-based SaaS (Software as a Service) solution. NLB would invite suppliers in Crown Commercial Services Framework RM6194 to demonstrate how their system would meet the needs of the organisation with an anticipated go-live date no later than 1st April 2026. NLB would like to capitalise on experience and advice from the system supplier as to best practice, process streamlining and a reimagined chart of accounts to remove inconsistences, double keying and significant input required to control and manage the system and its needs. The system should support a 'paperless' NLB with digital workflows, approvals and document capture. The system should allow/support the flexibility of NLB to adapt and grow and allow NLB to adopt standardised policies and procedures. The platform should be maintained by the supplier to provide a risk-free solution that enables NLB to run its organisation and meet its regulatory and legal requirements.
