Colchester Borough Homes (the Authority) on behalf of Colchester City Council (the Council) which is to commission a contractor to undertake Boiler Replacement works at Heathfield House, Abbotts Road, Colchester, CO2 8BJ. Site visits can be arranged via the messaging function within the Delta Portal and shall be strictly by prior appointment only during normal office hours.
