Description
This notice is for the establishment of a Term Contract for annual gas maintenance of the Housing Associations stock, which comprises circa 500 properties. The Term Contract shall be 3 years with an option at the third year to extend by 1 year. Estimated Value is GBP 200,000 per annum, excluding VAT.
