Description
Tender to provide media buying services to SSEN’s for its DNO customers (2026-2029) SSEN (SCOTTISH HYDRO ELECTRIC POWER DISTRIBUTION PLC and SOUTHERN ELECTRIC POWER DISTRIBUTION PLC) would like to invite proposals from trusted parties who are experts in their field who will provide specialist, customer-facing media buying services tailored to regulated distribution activities and public awareness campaigns. This includes the following. 1. Strategic media planning and advisory services to support customer communications objectives. 2. Buying, placement and management of media across appropriate channels to maximise reach and value for money. 3. Ongoing optimisation and performance management of media activity throughout delivery. 4. Monitoring, reporting and evaluation of media performance. 5. Compliance with regulatory, governance and brand requirements applicable to a regulated distribution network operator.
