To ensure compliance with the applicable legislation, this replacement notice has been published and should be regarded as the authoritative notice for this procurement. Suppliers should note that: • Minor amendments have been made to PQQ_486 - All Lots Questionnaire to align with the requirements of this notice. Details of the amendments have been made clear in updated ‘Response Configuration’ file within the attachments section. • All lot-specific PQQ questionnaires remain unchanged. • The submission deadline has been extended to provide suppliers with adequate time to review and respond to the updated notice and questionnaire.
