National Museums Liverpool (NML) is seeking to appoint a supplier for the provision of off-site storage, of NML's museum records and documentation which consist of archive collections (paper and photographs) and semi-current records, and an on-demand retrieval and delivery service back to NML. This tender is for the initial period 1 August 2023 until 31 July 2027 with the option to extend annually for 3 further years until 31 July 2030, subject to satisfactory contractual performance. Our objective is to identify and appoint 1 supplier who can deliver a solution that is cost effective, sustainable and supports our requirements. Eligible tenderers, who have been appointed onto Lot 1: Records Information Management Services of the CCS Records Information Management, Digital Solutions and Associated Services (RM6175) Framework are cordially invited to tender. The initial amount of records to be stored is approximately 1600 linear metres of boxed records and well wrapped volumes, and plan portfolios.
