Description
North Hertfordshire District Council (the 'Council') is issuing this Invitation to Tender as a Further Competition under Lot 1 Pay & Display Solutions of ESPO Framework 509_23. The Council would like all council managed car parks (where there are parking charges) to have new upgraded parking payment machines installed over a phased basis over a two-year financial period starting late 2023/24 and completing in 2024/25. The Council is looking to replace all current pay and display machines within the car parks listed in section 2. The Council may decide to replace fewer machines than currently situated in any of the locations listed. It would therefore be the supplier's responsibility to dispose of these machines and make good the area now not required to house a machine along with any ancillary works actioned. A Communications and PR campaign is essential to ensure that users are educated on the new systems with supplied resource including videos, signage, and back-office training.
