Description
The requirement is for a three-month deployment of visible security personnel to provide community reassurance, deter anti-social behaviour, support the safe movement of individuals using designated transport hubs, identify and report incidents, and liaise with Essex Police, ECC officers and other relevant partners. The service will include a physical security presence using high-visibility patrols, incident reporting, intelligence gathering, safeguarding escalation and management reporting. The requirement has arisen from an immediate operational need and is intended as an initial pilot intervention pending review and assessment of continued viability.
