Description

South Tyneside Council wish to establish a framework agreement for the supply of event services including equipment and event stewarding. The framework agreement will be divided into lots and approximate values of each Lot are provided below: - Lot 1 - Barriers - £10,739 p.a. Lot 2 - Large Festival Stage - £31,000 p.a. Lot 3 - Big Screens - £15,900 p.a. Lot 4 - Temporary Toilets - £37,800 p.a. Lot 5 - Temporary Offices and Storage - £8,578 p.a. Lot 6 - PA Systems for Outdoor Events - ££39,240 p.a. Lot 7 - Lighting for Outdoor Events - £7,128 p.a. Lot 8 - Marquees for Events Outdoor, Tables & Chairs - £11,664 p.a. Lot 9 - Radio Systems - £2,405 p.a. Lot 10 - Event Stewarding - £30,672 p.a. Lot 11 - PA, Lighting & AV Provision Indoor Events - £7,668 p.a. Lot 12 - Mobile Stage Package, Small Events - £4,000 p.a. Suppliers can bid for one or all Lot(s) It is envisaged there will be a maximum of 3 suppliers for all Lots dependent on the number and quality bids received. The 3 highest scoring suppliers will be ranked on each Lot.
