WP12.2.2 Accommodation Blocks, LEER, and Central Core Structural Steelworks Scope of work WP12.2.2 Accommodation Blocks, LEER, and Central Core Structural Steelwork Envelope consists of the design for construction and manufacture, supply, installation, and assurance of structural steelworks to the accommodation blocks, Lift & Escalator Electrical Room (LEER) on HS2 platform level, central core on concourse level, 'T' shaped lower-level escalator supports on HS2 platform, and 'V' shaped intermediate level escalator supports. The scope of works comprises the following: Levels: HS2 Station Platform Level & Concourse Level Elements: Structural steel Design Development: Prepare the design for construction and manufacture, including detailed plans, elevations, general arrangements, and fabrication drawings. These drawings should encompass all necessary interface and connection details, structural elements, ancillary elements, and products to meet the prescribed performance requirements.
