Description

SCC aims to commission the development of an Evaluation Framework and delivery of an impact and process evaluation for the FGS Service. The scope will include: an Evaluation framework; methodology, evaluation conduct and use and dissemination of learning. Our holistic and person-centred approach will ensure all factors relevant to the health and wellbeing of clients will be considered and supported. The programme requires an overall evaluation model to be developed, that will deliver an assessment of outcomes at a population level, the benefits to service users and performance against key service metrics, building on an Outcome Based Accountability framework (population and performance - year on year and over three plus two years). This will include evaluation of the: Feel Good Suffolk Core Service. A mapped evaluation approach for the programme for three key thematic areas, Adult Weight Management, Physical Activity and Smoking Cessation for year on year and over the three plus two years - including any procured services.
