Transport for Wales is preparing to re-procure its Facilities Management contract to support its estate and operational activities across Wales and the Borders. As part of developing the future requirement, Transport for Wales is considering how facilities management services should be structured to support operational delivery, compliance obligations and wider estate objectives. This engagement will help inform the future operating model, contract scope and commercial approach. Transport for Wales is seeking market insight on how best to deliver a flexible, efficient and value-for-money service that can support both current operational needs and future estate developments.
