Please note: this is NOT an opportunity, it is the publication of an award notice in line with the Governments Transparency Agenda. The service covers the provision of External Legal Services to support Enfield Council and its advisors in seeking investment in its wholly owned district heating company, Energetik. A mini-competition for the service was undertaken under Lot 1 (Full Service Provision) of the Crown Commercial Services Public Sector Legal Service Framework, ref. RM6240. The contract duration is a 2 year fixed period, with the option to extend for up to a further 12 months. The stated award value is inclusive of VAT.
