Description
North Northamptonshire Council (NNC) is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from potential suppliers for the delivery of electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure across the council. The Council intends to conduct a procurement exercise to appoint a supplier who will leverage both private investment and public funding to deploy and manage charge points in on-street and car park locations throughout North Northamptonshire. As part of the pre-procurement phase, NNC is seeking to host one-to-one meetings with interested parties. These meetings will provide an opportunity to discuss the project in detail before the finalisation of the Invitation to Tender (ITT) documentation and the commencement of the formal procurement process. The proposed arrangement will be a Concession Contract, which includes comprehensive requirements for the provision of end-to-end services. This involves turnkey solutions for designing, planning, constructing, installing, operating, and maintaining a smart EV charging network.
