Westminster City Council (the "Council") will shortly be undertaking a procurement activity for the provision of Financial Literacy Course for Young Adults. The Council is using this Expression of Interest to determine: - interest from the supply market - a shortlist of providers it may invite to tender Both the Expression of Interest document and tender opportunity will be published on our tender portal. Following completion of the Expressions of Interest, a competitive tender will be used to select a Provider. The contract period is to be stipulated as part of the tender return.
