Description
Portsmouth City Council ('the Council') is seeking to appoint operators to provide various food and drink catering units/stands for outdoor events in 2025. The Council is using the Council's e-sourcing portal, Intend, for transparency to advertise the opportunity and provide clarity around the award process The events on offer are as follows: o Lot 1 - Armed Forces Day - 21st June 2025 o Lot 2 - Portsmouth Kite Festival - 26th and 27th July 2025 o Lot 3 - Great South Run - 18th and 19th October 2025 o Lot 4 - Live at the Bandstand - TBC (see below) o Lot 5 - Annual Fireworks Event - TBC (see below) Operators can apply to trade at as many events as they wish and can submit a single or multiple offers per event, although operators must be able to commit to these events should they be successful. Details for Lot 4 and Lot 5 are still being finalised. However, Operators should confirm their interest in wanting to bid for either or both lots on the application form.
