INTRODUCTION St. Osyth Priory and Parish Trust is currently in the Development Phase of a project funded by a grant from The National Lottery Heritage Fund, which will focus on the redevelopment of the Tithe Barn and Old Dairy into hireable event and community spaces. St. Osyth Priory and Parish Trust seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and highly experienced Evaluation, Economic, and Social Impact Consultant to work on the Development and Delivery Phases (RIBA 1 to RIBA 7) of this project aspect. This is a Heritage Enterprise project, and the evaluation needs to encompass the needs of this grant programme. This ITT outlines the background to the project, the tender process, timescales, and management arrangements. There is, however, no guarantee that Delivery Phase services will be required, as this is contingent upon successful funding, and bidders should take this into consideration.
