Description
Wakefield Council is seeking market engagement to inform the future procurement of a modern, cloud-based suite of solutions to support the delivery of its integrated Adult Social Care Equipment, Wheelchair and Adaptations Services. The Council requires configurable, scalable solutions that provide comprehensive operational, asset management and reporting capabilities, supporting service delivery from initial referral through to the ongoing management, maintenance and eventual disposal or recovery of equipment and adaptation assets. Solutions should reduce administrative burden, improve operational efficiency, enhance visibility of service activity and asset status, and provide a single source of trusted information across each service. The Equipment Service Solution will support the complete lifecycle of community equipment for adults and children, including referral management, assessment, ordering, stock and inventory management, asset tracking, delivery and collection scheduling, route optimisation, maintenance, servicing, repairs, decontamination, recycling, reuse and disposal.
