Description
Braintree District Council welcomes interested parties to participate in this tender for the refurbishment of the Clare Road Play Area. This project, funded under Section 106 (S106), aims to enhance the recreational facilities within our community whilst adhering to the highest safety standards. Located at pods.forkful.blog (What Three Words location), the Clare Road Play Area requires comprehensive revitalisation to ensure it remains a vibrant hub for children and families alike. As part of this endeavour, the Council has outlined a detailed specification that encompasses the replacement and enhancement of existing play equipment across both open field areas and the toddler (fenced) play area. In line with Framework Agreement PROC20-0107, prospective bidders are invited to submit proposals for various aspects of the refurbishment project.
