To provide access to a RICS Regulated consultant who can supply Leicestershire County Council with bespoke commercial, quantity surveying and project management consultants to support the delivery of major highways construction projects. The primary requirements include but are not limited to: Controlling and managing the costs of construction projects Contract administration Contract claims Progress reports And may also include: Tender analysis Subcontract management Payments Contract close out Feasibility studies Procurement strategy drafting
