Description
Following the Supreme Court's recent deprivation of liberty judgement, the Council has reviewed the Best Interest assessment/CoP DoLs and Community DoLs requirements and associated Procurement documents. In assessing these changes required the Council considers these as material clarifications requiring additional time for bidders to consider the amendments and therefore an appropriate and proportionate amount of time has been added to the timeline, with a revised deadline time and date of 12 noon 17 July 2026.
