Delivered as Managed Service On going delivery of our Employee Benefits and Wellbeing Platform and operation of the managed service for some benefits delivered by other providers which include: • Financial Wellbeing Offer (loans, Savings and Salary Advance) . • Car Leasing scheme • AVC's • Cycle to Work scheme • Health Care Cash Plan • Purchasing of long service award vouchers.
