Further Competition Under the Electronic Market Place for Supported Living Services for Emergency Accommodation for People with a learning disability who have complex needs and behaviours - Pen Portrait 5. To provide a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for young adults (18-30) with learning disabilities and/or autism who exhibit behaviours that challenge, including property damage, sexualised behaviours, criminal activity, historic trauma, and potential for aggression.
