Description
Portsmouth City Council (the Council) is inviting tenders from suitably experienced electrical contractors for inclusion onto a multi contractor framework agreement for the delivery of electrical project works within Portsmouth and the surrounding local regional area, taking on the role of Principal Contractor to oversee and manage works using a range of either direct labour or through sub-contractors. The Framework will serve as the primary route to procure electrical projects works for Building Services within PCC, with works generally being undertaken to the Councils property portfolio. The Tender Return deadline is Monday 22nd April 2024 at 12:00. The target date for award of the framework agreement is Monday 17th June 2024 with commencement following on Friday 5th July 2024. The Framework will be established for a period of 4 years. The framework agreement will be established via evaluation of tenders submitted for works on Darwin House, flats 1-45, which comprises of an improvement scheme to a Local Authority block of flats, with an upgrade to the landlord's electrical distribution & lighting (incl controls).
