Description
Ealing Council is setting up a Dynamic Purchasing system for the Community Services comprising Adults' and Children's Domiciliary Care, Extra Care, Adult Day and Evening Opportunities, and Adult Floating Support Services). This service is divided into 4 lots. Lot 1(A) Adults Domiciliary Care Service Ealing Council invites suitable providers to tender for their Domiciliary Care for Adults aged 18+. The scope of this specification is for the provision of care and support to adults in need who meet the Council's eligibility criteria to receive domiciliary care services in their own home; or other setting such as a care home, supported accommodation, or extra-care sheltered housing scheme. Lot 1(B) Children Domiciliary Care Service Ealing Council invites suitable providers to tender for their Children Domiciliary Care service. The scope of this service is for the provision of care and support to children and young people (aged 0 - 18) who are assessed to need domiciliary care services in their own home; or another care setting such as a community service, children's residential home, or a supported accommodation scheme.
