Description
Fareham Borough Council (the Council) requires a contractor to provide security and cleaning services in respect of Fareham Shopping Centre. Fareham Shopping Centre complex opened in 1976 and is Fareham’s largest covered shopping centre. It occupies an area of approximately 475,000 sq.ft. of retail floor. It encompasses a fully covered shopping centre all on one level and a multi-story car park with associated service areas, roads, and landscaped areas. Fareham Shopping Centre occupies an area on the ground level of the main trading area with a communal seating area, the cleaning and maintenance of which is the responsibility of the Client.
